COLLABORATE 10 Lodging
For both convenience and value, the best hotel options are through the conference hotels. Below are the options that each user group has to offer attendees once they’ve registered for the conference. Attendees must register first to receive the online booking information as no initial reservations will be taken over the phone. Click here to see what group you should register with. Airport
When making airline reservations, book your flight to the McCarran International Airport.
- You may obtain information at the General Information Counter, which is located next to Baggage Claim Carousel 8. Counter hours are 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m., daily.
Shuttles/Limousine Services
A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. Please note that there are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine services.
Shuttles to conference hotels located on the strip start at $6.00 one way or $12.00 round trip.
Walk-up limousine service starts at $55.00 and up.
Taxis
A taxi from the McCarran International Airport to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center is approximately $10 - $15 USD. Taxis are not required to accept credit cards.
